Welcome to Wells of Revival (WOR). By visiting our websites, attending events, purchasing resources, or engaging with WOR or any of its subsidiaries, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in any WOR services.

1. Use of This Website & Content
All content on this website—including devotionals, teachings, courses, event materials, and branding—belongs exclusively to Wells of Revival and its affiliated entities.

2. Event & Program Participation
By registering for a WOR event, mentorship program, masterclass, revival session, or gathering, you agree to the following:

• Abide by all event guidelines and policies.
• Treat other attendees and WOR leadership with honor and respect.
• Understand that all topics are faith-based and not to be considered licensed counseling, therapy, or professional advice.
• Release WOR and its leadership from any liability arising from spiritual, emotional, or personal decisions or experiences related to participation.

By attending WOR events, you consent to photography, video, and audio recordings which may be used for ministry purposes including teaching, training, promotion, or archival use. WOR retains all rights to such media.

WOR reserves the right to remove attendees from any event without refund if they engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final for tickets, mentorships, digital resources, and events.
• Refunds will only be considered in rare, extenuating circumstances at WOR’s sole discretion.
• In the event of a cancellation by WOR, a reschedule option or refund will be provided when applicable.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees:  While we believe in life transformation through Christ, we do not guarantee personal, financial, or spiritual outcomes from participation in our events or programs.
• Not a Professional Service: WOR is a faith-based ministry. We do not provide licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.
• Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you apply and respond to the teachings and resources provided.

WOR is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or negative outcome resulting from participation in our events, mentorship, or website content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wells of Revival, its leadership, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in WOR programs, events, or use of WOR resources.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content—logos, videos, materials, written teachings, and branding—are the exclusive property of Wells of Revival and are protected under applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, alter, publish, or redistribute any WOR content without written consent.
Unauthorized use will result in legal action or removal from community access.
