Wells of Revival (WOR), you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This policy applies to donations, tithes, offerings, courses, programs, events, conferences, and other WOR resources.1. Donations, Tithes, and Offerings- All donations, tithes, and offerings made to Wells of Revival are final and non-refundable.
- In the rare case of a duplicate transaction or error, please contact us within 7 days at billing@wellsofrevival.com for review.
- WOR reserves the right to determine refund eligibility in such cases, but generally, contributions are considered final charitable gifts.
2. Courses, Programs, and Digital Resources- All sales for digital resources, courses, mentorship programs, and equipping materials are final.
- Access will continue for the length of the program or the period purchased.
- Failure to participate or complete a course does not qualify for a refund.
3. Events and Conferences- All ticket sales for events, conferences, or gatherings are non-refundable.
- If WOR cancels an event, attendees will be offered either:
- a rescheduled date at no additional cost, or
- a refund at WOR’s discretion.- If an attendee cannot attend after purchase, WOR may, at its discretion, allow a transfer of the ticket to another person.
4. Cancellations- For recurring contributions, course subscriptions, or event registrations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Thinkific), cancellation requests must be submitted through your account or by contacting WOR at billing@wellsofrevival.com
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle or paid period.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for partial use of services or missed sessions.
5. Failed Payments & Access- If a payment is declined or fails, access to the associated program, course, or event will be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure billing information is up to date.
- WOR is not responsible for missed access due to failed transactions.
6. Changes to This Policy
WOR reserves the right to update or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.
