Last Updated: March 18, 2025By enrolling in THE CALL Membership through Wells of Revival / Wells of Revival Women (WOR), you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. Monthly Billing & Subscription Terms:
- THE CALL Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis starting on the date you sign up.
- The Call Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis, beginning on the date of initial enrollment.
- Payments are automatically processed each month using the payment method on file.
By enrolling, you authorize WOR to charge your selected payment method until cancellation is requested.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account on the Thinkific platform or by emailing us at billing@wellsofrevival.com.
- WOR will respond to billing inquiries within 72 hours of receipt.
- Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods once cancellation is confirmed.
3. No Refund Policy:
- All payments are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued.
- Canceling after your billing date allows you continued access through the paid period, but no portion of the fee will be refunded.
- Missed sessions or failure to access content does not qualify for a refund.
4. Failed Payments & Membership Access:- If a payment fails or is declined, membership access will be suspended until a successful payment is made.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains current.
- WOR is not liable for missed content due to failed or delayed transactions.
5. Changes to This Policy:
WOR reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage members to review this policy periodically.
